Community workshops are open to everyone, not just members, and they are free unless a listing says otherwise. Topics come from what families in our communities ask about most: mental health and stigma, family and identity, raising kids between cultures, and how to find care that understands you.
Each workshop is led by a provider from the network. Some are in person around the Front Range; some are online so people anywhere in Colorado can join. Registration is handled on a simple event page, which also sends a reminder before the day.
Are you a mental health professional? Our lunch and learns and social events are for members, and they're announced on the members' listserv.
Want to host or suggest a topic?
Community groups, schools, and faith communities can invite us to bring a workshop to you. We also take topic requests.
